All shipping services are done with Canada Post. We offer Expedited shipping throughout Canada and tracked packet shipping throughout the US. We also currently offer local Winnipeg delivery with Trexity. Please note that this delivery service leaves the package at the door. Local pick up is a free option. We are located in the Inkster industrial area, Winnipeg.
Orders will ship within 3 business days for all non made to order items. All ready made intimate orders will ship up to 7 business days from order date. All custom orders will ship 3-4 weeks from order date.
Clothing and accessories can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The garment must be in original condition, unworn and tags attached. Please feel free to reach out to hello@intimatesbyteekai.com for any questions on the return policy.
