All shipping services are done with Canada Post. We offer Expedited shipping throughout Canada and tracked packet shipping throughout the US. We also currently offer local Winnipeg delivery with Trexity. Please note that this delivery service leaves the package at the door.
Orders will ship within 3 business days for all non made to order items. All ready made intimate orders will ship up to 7 business days from order date. All custom orders will ship 3-4 weeks from order date.
Please note that these items are handmade and made to order. We always aim to make the best fitting garments. Due to that nature, they are non refundable, but can be exchanged or altered. Clothing and acessories can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. The garment must be in original condition, unworn and tags attached. Please feel free to reach out to hello@intimatesbyteekai.com for any questions on the return policy.
