All shipping services are done with Canada Post. We offer Expedited shipping throughout Canada and tracked packet shipping throughout the US. We also currently offer local Winnipeg delivery with Trexity. Please note that this delivery service leaves the package at the door. Local pick up is a free option. We are located in the Inkster industrial area, Winnipeg.
Orders will ship within 5 business days for all non made to order items. All ready made intimate orders will ship up to 10 business days from order date. All custom orders will ship up to 4 weeks from order date.
Please note that these items are handmade and made to order. We always aim to make the best fitting garments. Due to that nature, they are non refundable, but can be exchanged or altered.
